Important Notice for Canadian Shoppers

There is a UPS brokerage fee mandated by the Canadian Government of about $20.00 to $25.00 for all shipments. This, along with Provincial tax is not included in our charges and will be collected by your government upon delivery of your order.

If you prefer to have your order shipped via US Postal (where no brokerage fee is mandated), please proceed with your order using the UPS option and in the "Comment" section of the order form state "PLEASE SHIP VIA US POSTAL". You will be contacted via email with the amended shipping amount for your order. Please be sure to check your email as we will require your confirmation and acceptance of the revised shipping amount. You WILL NOT be contacted by phone.

IMPORTANT: It may not be possible to ship all order via US Postal as all of our warehouses are not set up to ship this way. In these instances you will be notified and you will have the option to cancel your order. NOTE: Provincial Tax is still applicable to shipments made via US Postal. Again, they are not included in our charges and will be collected by your government upon delivery of your order.

IMPORTANT: For refused orders, you will not be credited shipping. Additionally, you will be charged for the return shipping costs that UPS assesses our company for the return of the refused shipment.
