You may return products within the first 30 days of purchase. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Defective merchandise will be either repaired or exchange in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty. MOST Home Electronics companies and some Car Audio companies such as Alpine, Kicker and Phoenix Gold have a "repair only" policy. In these instances, defective product can only be repaired, not exchanged. If you have any questions as to the specific policy of any product we sell, please call or email us for details.

All returns must be in the original cartons with all accessories, manuals and packing material in BRAND NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION IF FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging and/or are not in BRAND NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION are subject to up to a 15% repackaging charge at our sole discretion. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. For an RA Number, -Mail us at returns@audio-warehouse.com Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized (without an RA number) will be refused. Note: An RA Number does not guarantee exchange, repair or refund of your purchase.

Items returned physically or cosmetically damaged will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received.

We will not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation charges associated with defective or returned product. All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 3 weeks from the time you return your order for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.

Please be sure to pack your return in the carton it was shipped to you in (or one similar) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the carton. Unpackaged merchandise received, such as product wrapped in duct tape, etc. will be refused.
